She is driven to support significant change, in both local and international context. Always in leadership roles and with a background of executive search, she has been for 10 years the Country Manager for the listed HR company Penna. In a previous role, she also had International responsibilities for Leadership and Talent solutions. She is an Executive Coach (Coaching Development School in London), she teaches in several Business schools and she is Member of the board of the French Chamber of Commerce. She is certified in numerous psychometric profiling tools and passionate about Emotional Intelligence. Trilingual, English, French and Spanish, she holds a Masters degree in Business and an Exec Senior Program from Instituto de Empresa.

Success stories

Customised leadership programs

We designed a tailor-made leadership program based on the demanding needs of the new competitive market. The managing directors were attending training modules every 3 months during one year, they were virtually coached, received constant feedback (1:1 and collective), followed webinars and conferences and worked on a company special project. Delivery was made in English in several locations from Singapore to Africa.

After a few restructuring processes, the newly hired CEO wanted to develop more alignment and cohesion in her team. She also wanted to work on the values and support her directors. We created a journey of 8 months to develop them and align with the strategy and company culture.

Our client asked us to support them in building a high potential program. We initially selected the key criteria to select and asses the high potential employees. We, then, designed a tailor-made adventure over 2 years to support their development on the company’s values and their leadership skills (through webinars).

Executive coaching

This worldwide company selected their key General Managers over the world and offered them a collective and individual development plan. We delivered 1:1 Coaching programs locally and leadership sessions adapted to their needs, per region, in English. Delivery was done from Latin America to Australia.

Our client needed to accompany their expatriates’ executives in their transition. They needed support in their cultural adaptation and professional landing. This 1:1 coaching program was also offered to their partners. We covered USA, Latin America and Europe.

After numerous structural changes, Europe HQ decided to develop and prepare their leaders for a more a challenging business environment. Each member of the committee received a 360º feedback and traced an action plan supported by a 1:1 coaching program. The committee also received collective coaching.

Executive profiling and diagnostics

After a 360º feedback, we supported each member of the executive committee to elaborate an individual action plan, to be completed with the N+1 in a tripartite meeting. All of them received 1:1 coaching sessions to ensure the continuity of their action plan. As a group, the committee also received a feedback and worked regularly on a collective action plan.

To ensure homogeneity of the Leadership competencies’ assessment, we offered our client a tailor-made solution, with a 1:1 approach. We designed several development centres for Directors, Managers and HR people, in Spanish and Portuguese. For 2 years, we assessed and accompanied more than 80 people.

This International company wanted to develop its top project managers population, beyond their technical certification, based on their leadership model. We designed a customised solution and case scenario with a combination of group dynamics, 1:1 coaching sessions, theorical learnings pills, role plays, feedbacks, etc. At the end of the 2 days, PMs were able to elaborate an individual action plan that was integrated in their HR processes. 

Leadership consulting

After the merger of 2 companies, we accompanied a Cultural Change team helping them design new tools to reduce the stress of company culture shock. These tools have been used by HR departments all over the world. We, then, trained more than 20 HRD and created a customised toolkit for them. Finally, we organised a workshop introducing all the changes to the 80 top executives involved in the merger.

After a merger between 2 industrial companies, the new executive committee wanted to ensure ongoing success through the engagement of their people. We supported them to define their common goals based on their new vision and strategy. This helped them define their new culture, values and expected behaviours that have been implemented all over the company.

After the arrival of a new private equity, we co-designed and launched a strategical alignment diagnostic tool.  We covered 20 countries over the 5 continents. We recommended an action plan and did the follow up to ensure the achievement of the 2020 plan.  We closed the project with the assessment of the top management to trace individual action plans and diversity strategy.
